Full flare-out skirt in striped technical taffeta with a fixed waistband on a longer length hip basque which is fastened down the front by rubberised button studs. Panel with deep vertical plates at front and back which collapses into irregular drape through the full hem. Reverse has a tape belt loop at centre back with decorative pocket flaps trimmed with cotton tape. Very full hem is finished with a fine overstitch.
